AUTHOR GUIDELINES
MAJALAH ILMIAH MANAJEMEN (MIM)

1. General Information.
Majalah Ilmiah Manajemen (MIM) is published for the first time in 2019. This journal is published three times a year, namely every April, August and December. Majalah Ilmiah Manajemen is a registered national journal with p-ISSN No 2089-2330. Majalah Ilmiah Manajemen (MIM) is printed from articles sent to journal editorials and has gone through a review process by the Editorial Board and/or Bestari Partners. Every article submitted must be free from elements of plagiarism or autoplagiarism. The plagiarism level tolerance limit based on the turnitin test results is 20%.

Articles can be written in good and correct English or Indonesian. Articles can be in the form of research results, theoretical studies, as well as analysis and problem solving in industries that are relevant to the field of management science, which have never been published in other publication media.

2. General Instructions
Articles must be written on A4 size HVS paper (210 x 297 mm). Articles are written without page numbers and arranged in the order of topics of discussion: Introduction, Research Methods (or Model Development), Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if any), List of Notations (if any) and Bibliography. Abstract and title are written in 2 (two) languages, namely Indonesian and English.

3. Writing Instructions
Article writing begins with the title of the article in 16 pt bold UPPER CASE format. Write the author's name below the title in Title Case font 12 pt bold. The author's name is written in full without an academic degree. Apostrophes are written behind the author's name in superscript format. The name of the institution (institution of origin, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail) is written under the author's name in Times New Roman letters in Title Case format, 10 pt. If there is more than one author, an email should be written for the corresponding author. The title of the article, the name of the author and the name of the institution are written in the middle. The distance between the title and the author's name is 2 spaces (10 pt) and the distance between the author's name and the name of the institution is 1 space (10 pt).

The title of the abstract is written in center-aligned regular letters with 10 pt bold format. The distance between the title of the abstract and the name of the institution is 2 spaces (10 pt). The distance between the abstract text and the abstract title is 1 space (10 pt). Abstract is written in italics (Italic) for 150-200 words, with a left margin of 35 mm and a right margin of 30 mm. Abstract is written in one column format. Keywords are written below the abstract text, arranged alphabetically and separated by semicolons. Keyword titles are written in regular format with 10 pt bold font while keywords are written in italics. Abstract must contain research objectives, research phenomena, research methods and research results.

Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian. If the article is in Indonesian, then in the English abstract the title is written in English. If the article is in English, then in the Indonesian language abstract the title is written in Indonesian. The title in the abstract is written before the contents of the abstract in UPPER CASE Bold format.

The contents of the article are written with a left margin of 25 mm, right margin of 20 mm, bottom margin of 20 mm and top margin of 30 mm. The distance between the header and the edge of the paper is 20 mm, and the distance between the footer and the edge of the paper is 13 mm. Article typed in MS Word program with Times New Roman font type with 12 pt font, 2 spaces and in one column format. Each article consists of a maximum of 15 pages (including pictures and tables) and is written justified. Writing paragraphs on the left edge of the line with a new paragraph spacing of 12 pt (the beginning of the paragraph is not indented).

Subtitles are written in bold with UPPER CASE format and aligned to the left without numbers and underscores. Subtitles are written in bold with the Title Case format and aligned to the left without numbers and underlines. Sub-sub-headings are written in bold with Sentence case format and arranged left aligned without numbers and underscores.

Figures and tables are placed in the text group and given a description. Figures and tables are followed by image titles which are placed under the respective figures and table titles which are placed above the relevant tables. Figure titles and table titles are numbered sequentially. Images are guaranteed to be printed clearly even if they are reduced by up to 50%. Pictures or diagrams/schematics should be placed between groups of text. Image is not framed.

Equations are written justified and numbered in parentheses. The number is placed at the end of the right margin of the column.

The Notation list is written in alphabetical order. Latin letter notation is written first, followed by Arabic letters.

Writing citations and reference lists uses the American Psychological Association (APA) format. Bibliography is arranged alphabetically without numbering and the distance between bibliography is 1 space (10 pt). The writing rules used are as follows:

4. Article Loading
All articles must be submitted to the Majalah Ilmiah Manajemen using the Online Submission Service at the following URL address https://ejournal.stie-aprin.ac.id/index.php/management , where the Author must first register as an Author. All articles will be reviewed by online reviewers. Correspondence will be addressed to the first author. The author must immediately improve the article according to the reviewer's instructions. If the article has been declared accepted by both the Major Revision and Minor Revision, the Author must immediately correct the article that has gone through the review process. The editor has the right to refuse articles submitted if they are not relevant to the field of management discipline, are not up to date or have been published in other scientific magazines.
