Article rights and licenses to the Majalah Ilmiah Manajemen (MIM) STIE APRIN Palembang

• License: Use of this article is governed by a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
• Author Guarantee: The author guarantees that the article is original, written by the author mentioned, has never been published before, does not contain statements that violate the law, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright which is owned exclusively by the author and is free from any third party rights. however, and that any written permission required to quote from other sources has been obtained by the author.
• User Rights: MIM permits users to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, display, but may not use the material for commercial purposes and distribute modified material. Users also need to associate authors and Management Scientific Magazine to distribute works in the journal.
• Author's Rights: Copyrights and other proprietary rights relating to articles, such as patents, rights to use the substance of articles in their own work, including lectures and books, rights to reproduce articles for their own purposes, rights to archive articles, rights to enter into in a separate additional contractual arrangement for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the article (for example, posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal (MIM).
• Co-authoring: If an article is prepared jointly by other authors, the signatory to this form warrants that he or she has been authorized by all the co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf, and agrees to inform his co-authors of the terms of this agreement.
• Termination: This agreement may be terminated by the author or MIM after two months' notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and fails to remedy the breach within one month of the terminating party's notice requesting the breach to be corrected. Violation or violation of this agreement will not automatically terminate this agreement or any license granted therein or affect the definition of MIM.
• Royalties: This agreement does not entitle the author to royalties or other fees. To the extent legally permitted, the author waives his right to collect royalties in respect of the article in connection with the use of the article by MIM or its sublicensees.
• Others: MIM will publish the article (or publish it) in a journal if the article's editorial process is successfully completed and MIM or its sublicensee has been obligated to publish the article.
